very relaxed during todays meditation. I was at the point of relaxation and sleeping. It would be nice if i did not fall asleep. haha

IPT was rewarding today. I Spend some time in the morning to find the balance between relaxing and being alert it was a great time because i observed the center of my body and saw a great enourmous light. LIght in the forms of raindrops and rivers. TO maintain my mind in the center i used the mantra.

Yes my mind was wandering but after a few minutes of simple meditation i was able to cultavate the good feelings again. It was worth the time i spent.

IPT was very powerful my concentration was not completely centered but i had bight lights floating in my mind. It was a guided meditation.

My inner peace was disturbed today with sleepyness. I woke up at 6:30A.M. today because school started and when i tryed to meditate after class i feel sleep.

My mind was wandering all morning. I was not able to focus on the cener of my body for longer then a few minutes. The Inner stillness was of little improvement today. The techniques to assited my mind were simple observations.

Meditation was succesful today! my visulization method is improving big time and i am able to visulize different objects in the center of my body. My inner stillness improves a little everyday. My inner Peace Time compares to my other times in that i enter a deep state of relaxation and when i open my eyes i feel like i was on a vacation or something

IPT was another successful time this morning. I am able to visulize different objects in my mind and move them down to the center of my body. Holding the object is a little harder then visualizing the object.

Todays meditation was good my mind was pretty relaxed the resulting experience was calm and i feel asleep.

My mind was wandering all morning. I had a hard time centering my wandering mind. my resulting expereince was relaxing but when i was on the sofa i was feeling bored. I then moved to the floor and felt like i was having a better experience.

meditation was good this morning as i woke up and centered my mind. Then later in the day i meditated for an hour and i think i feel asleep for atleast 20 minutes of that hour.

My meditation was really comfortable. It was done on the sofa which was different then normal. THe expereince was worth while and when i was finished i felt like i did not have a care in the world. it was an amazing feeling. Tomorrow going to try and continue like today.

Meditation today was done in two different times of the day but adding to thirty. My first IPT was done for ten minutes and then my second was done at night after dinner. Both were worthwhile and my mind feels clearer then befor.

my mind was pretty sleepfull today. During times of my meditation i believe i feel asleep. During other times i felt like my mind was in the center of my body and very mindfull. the tools i used to reach down into the center of my body were visualizing an object and also repeating the mantra.

My mind was wandering but it was comfortable almost like a gentle wander. TO detached i focused on my easy breathing and my emotions drifted away. My inner stillness has improved greatly and i am moving forward with my meditation pratice. The result was very relaxing and pleasurable. Today i did my meditation after dinner which is unusaual but seem to lighted the stress of the holidays.

Meditation was pretty peaceful today. During this week i would consider it a successful meditation because this is one of the most stressful and busiest times of year. Although i was not completely still for 30 minutes i believe my time spend as successfully.

Yes my mind was wandering. I used the tool of repeating the mantra to detach from my thoughts and emotions. Although my mind would continue to think about the same thing. Today compareing to the other days was a little different because instead of listing to any guided meditation i guided myself. this was good practice when i do not have access to the internet and also then i can retain my mind in the center all dayl.

Meditation was good today. Another deep visulization in the center of my body. i believe i am gaining more control of my mind. for example i have just meditated for 16 minutes and my mind already feels pure.
