Rogers
my ipt to day was good, i did some yoga exercise inside my room and then i started my meditation when my body is in good health, my ipt was for 30 minutes and my Experience was during those minutes of my ipt i vizualised the sun in my center and from there i wished peace to every one who loves peace and who are working harder to see other people have peace.Then after i stayed in the center of ma body the point of peace and genetly opened my eyes.

Rogers
i started by cleaning our house and after i got my Mat and i put it out side in the compound and did some jogging so that my mind is calm and more relaxed.i balanced in between on my mat and set my body in the center which is a point of peace i almost spend 2minutes and my mind was completely become still i started seeing light like sun shines to every one and i was completely still,the experience is when you stay in the center of the body then you have peace and you feel peace.to day it was really good.

i had no wandering mind,i started by setting my self and placing my mind in the center and i was not rushing to start practice and i made sure am not careless instead i had to balance in between so that my mind is comfortable inside my abdomen.
also my stillness improved today by let go of every thing else which made me to be an observer.the experience have got is that you need to practice indifference and if i compare today's practice to yesterday i see am improving which is good.

To day before waking up, i connected my mind in point of peace and when i wake up i was feeling peace, i did some exercise like running,i also did some cleaning at home like collecting garbage this also helped my mind and body to relax.I prepared my self for meditation, i balanced in between on my mat and i made sure that i stay in the center of my body for about 5 minutes and connect my mind to the point of peace and for sure i was in point of peace, i had no wandering mind because whenever i connect my mind in center of peace my mind its completely become still. To day in the morning the wheather was cool and it rained in the morning while as practicing my meditation and it was good i liked it.

to day before i wake up i reconnected my mind in the center and i recollected the good things which i want to do during the day, so i was up and practiced meditation for about 50 minutes,as usual its my habit to be in the quite place which is my room i start by being in the center of my body so that i can get the point of peace for about 5 minutes,when i was meditating i felt the light in me and i was visualizing light shines to every one in my family and my friends,also i wished peace to my friends and to orphans am going to visit next week the hope and children s center orphanages my mind was calm and still my inner peace increases every day.

to day before i wake up i connected my mind in point of peace for about 2 minutes because it has become the medicine for my life every day,i wake up when am in peace and i started by cleaning the compound and collecting garbage then i prepared breakfast for the family which was a good breakfast.After i went to my room to start my meditation as usual i get my Matt and balance in between on my Matt, i used Somsak Piyaseelo mp3 to guide me in my meditating and my body was in the center the point of peace for about 5minutes and then i enjoyed my meditation, my mind was still completely and i had no wandering mind,during meditating i wished peace for my good coaches Anita Nuss and Wasalee so that peace peace continue to right on to them. To day the weather was favoring and was such a nice weather some body could use to meditate in so i had a wonderful meditation.

i had a good meditation,to day before i wake up i reconnected my attention with the center of the body and before i get up i had 4 minutes to recollect that am happy to be alive then i wake up in peace and started doing my house work,after i had 30 minutes for my body exercise and this help me a lot to relax my body then after i started my meditation,i practiced for 43 minutes i had no wandering mind because my body was in the center which is the point of peace and my mind was very relaxed i had no distracting thoughts i had to let every thing go my mind was totally still i started feeling peace in me and by the time i ended i was filled by peace. to day i had a good IPT.

to day i wake up at round 6:00am and did some bit of running to relax my body and mind,but when i was running i tried to connect my mind in the center by the time i completed i was feeling much relaxed and peace.Then i was joined by our neighbors for meditating we started by balancing in between and to make sure our body stay in the center which me i call a point of peace for a bout 4 minutes to relax our mind and to let every thought go and we had peace,i had no wandering mind and it was still and the meditation was for about 40 minutes and after finished our meditation we shared the experiences with friends who had joined me for meditation.i would say to day it was unique because we were many compare to other meditation days,we shared the experience each one has experienced over the week.

i had a good meditation,to day before i wake up i had i focused in the point of peace and i waked up in peace,actually i was feeling peace and happy to start doing my house work when i have peace,after house work i had one hour for my body exercise and this help me a lot to relax my body then after i started my meditation,i practiced for 45 minutes i had no wandering mind because my body was focused in the center which is the point of peace and my mind was very relaxed i had some distracting thoughts when i was starting but i continued to be in the point of peace and every thing was just fading away until i had no more thoughts and i let every thing go and my mind was totally still i started feeling peace in me and by the time i ended i was filled by peace. to day was very excellent and i feel peace.

my meditation was wonderful,but during meditating some thoughts distracted me a bit so i had to continue being in center of my body but like some minutes it started fading a way my mind was still and i had know wandering mind,staying in the center of my body the point of peace helped me a lot and i used an mp3 to guide me through my meditation(Somsak Piyaseelo).
i have found out that the more i meditate using guided mp3 i learn a lot and every day it has some thing it adds on my inner peace,i did my meditation in the morning and the environment was cool i had nice whether and this is the best time i have discovered,to day i wake up in point of peace and my mind was very cool and calm compare to other days.

to day before waking up i tried to first stay in the point of peace and i had peace then after i collected garbage and cleaned the house and did some domestic work home which helped my mind to relax.I prepared my self for meditation, i balanced in between on my mat and i make sure that i stay in the center of my body for about 5 minutes which i do every day and i was in point of peace i had no wandering mind because whenever i stay in point of peace my mind its completely become still, during meditation i wished to have a good moon fest.Today's inner peace time i liked it and at list in the hour i get a minute and be in the center point of peace.

To day i had a very wonderful meditation,it was raining in the morning i only cleaned the dishes and some house work then i started my meditation,today i was joined by two friends from neighborhood and we started our meditation by balancing in between on our Matt we were relaxed and we let every distracting thoughts out,and we made sure that our body are in the center for which every one did and we had our point of peace and for really we filled by peace,my mind was completely become still and it was excellent meditation day even the environment was so cool i loved it and i have peace.
