The Peace Revolution Project was started in 2008 when someone pretty cool decided to start talking to the world about what he believed: Inner Peace can lead to World Peace, if people could just learn how to find inner peace for themselves! He got together with some other people who believed the same thing... and, well, here we are!

So... we have invented what we think is a chill way to have some fun with inner peace... aka meditation. We taped some meditation experts and you can check them out on MP3s; you can learn more about what inner peace really is; you can take a few fun quizzes; and then, if you want to get serious, you can do an on-line self-development program. You can even post questions on our Peace Wall for our online community. So hang back, and cruise the site. It's the best place to be.

have a long day ahead of me, so sat for 30 min first thing before I started. Great idea even though I do have lots of things milling in my head :) Quiet meditation, felt great. So good to renew myself this way. Slept good last night but when I woke up I was aware that I had dreams most of the night, but no memory of them. meditation is so supportive of quieting the mind for the rest of the day. Made me feel calm and quiet, ready for the day.

Until today I have not thought of a shining object during meditation, but tried today and for me the glowing full moon is very soothing. love it!

today was a good day. monday, quiet beginning to the week. listened to the american again. plan to try a different one tomorrow, have listened to this one 3x in a row now and I like the variety. lulls my mind to quiet better if I don't anticipate what will come next :)

today I did too much physical work and stressed my back muscles. this happens occasionally because I was in a big horse wreck 10 years ago and crushed my pelvic bone. Residual problems include this issue.

because I hate taking medication for pain management, I chose today to lie down and meditate, working to have long, steady in-out breaths and to clear my mind so the pain in my back would subside.

this kind of pain has happened many times before and often it is hours before I get relief. Today, I fell asleep after a bit more than 30 minutes, and it was wonderful!

it was great.
got up this morning, saw this site, felt perfect and connected.

usual morning routine, then at 2pm when the house was peaceful, sat down for meditation for formal meditation for the first time in three years.

need to add this to my daily life once again.
