The Peace Revolution Project was started in 2008 when someone pretty cool decided to start talking to the world about what he believed: Inner Peace can lead to World Peace, if people could just learn how to find inner peace for themselves! He got together with some other people who believed the same thing... and, well, here we are!
So... we have invented what we think is a chill way to have some fun with inner peace... aka meditation. We taped some meditation experts and you can check them out on MP3s; you can learn more about what inner peace really is; you can take a few fun quizzes; and then, if you want to get serious, you can do an on-line self-development program. You can even post questions on our Peace Wall for our online community. So hang back, and cruise the site. It's the best place to be.

Why this OPS?
I like to share with my little friends the benefits of meditate, and spread the love and calm in their environment who came with that inner peace. I like to work with children; I enjoy play and learn with them. Since they are a child they can know this beautiful way of life.
Objectives
My objectives are share with very young people how to relax the body and how feel inside their self. Childs can learn and share their own inner feeling experience. I think they can improve their own future live very much if take this approach to meditate this days.
How to implement it?
I go to the kinder garden when my sister teach and implement a 2 days per week meditation guide with children of 5 years old. With a relaxing music I going to talk to them like a game of feel a little ball of ice in the middle part of the body. First we gonna learn to close the eyes and concentrated in the center of the body and learn to take a deep breath.
Benefits
I remember very much many things of my childhood, I remember many things I learn and listen, and if this group of children remembers their feeling good when they search for their own inner peace, when they grow up they want to search and know more about meditate. And the spread of love to the world gonna grown many years before
